What a wonderful experience the Yoga Convention in London has been! An incredibly intense week of pranayama, asana, chanting and philosophy. The profoundity, purity and refinement of Her teaching remind us non only that true knowledge comes through sincere and dedicated practice but also how important the guidance of a Guru is in our yogic journey.
